The four psychological issues in the digital world.

Online Disinhibition Effect:

Majority of people say things that they wouldn't necessarily say in face-to-face encounters on the internet or cyberspace, this is referred to as an online disinhibition effect. These individuals begin to open up, become less constrained and share themselves on the internet more openly. This is attributed to the internet's unrecognizability which leads in people becoming antisocial and problematic.

For instance, an individual may begin to exchange personal information about themselves, such as sharing their fears and feelings on the internet or visiting unwelcome websites.

Cyber Stalking:

Cyber stalking is cyber harassment or stalking that is carried out. Individuals, associations or associations can be the intended victims and it can appear in many ways, such as slander, insults or threats. The aim behind cyber stalking may be to gather data about the victim or harass the individual.

An example of cyber stalking is that it can also be physical when the stalker uses the captured or obtained information to appear at the location of the target, which may lead to the attack on the victim.

Internet Addiction:

Internet addiction is known to be the excessive activity that leads to hurt or suffering regarding the use of computers and Internet access.

An example of internet addiction is lack of sleep for hours during the night to be on the internet.

Cyber bullying:

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using digital technologies such as laptops and tablets for phones. It can take place via SMS, text and applications or online on social media, platforms or games where people can see, engage in or share content. Cyberbullying is all part of online threats and mean, violent, or offensive emails, comments, blogs, or notifications.

For starters, you can give someone a mean text or make a prank call on someone's phone.
