Task 1, Question 1. Fluencies

Greetings students, I'm sure a number of you are wondering why I am writing to you today. It is the importance of fluency skills and why you should use them. These skills for you will mean the difference of you succeeding or struggling. I am very certain that you are wanting and willing to succeed, this is why you should pay very close attention to this blog and analyse it intensively. It is your choose on whether you want to succeed or not and are willing to put in the time.

Solution Fluency

Solution Fluency is the capacity to think in real time creatively to solve problems by specifically identifying the problem, creating a suitable solution, providing the solution, and then reviewing the method and the result. This fluency contains the 6D system to help tackle problems through logical and relevant approaches.

· Define the question, and before you start, you need to know exactly what you're doing.

· Discover a workaround, since timing eliminates wasted time.

· Dream up a process, one that is acceptable and efficient.

· Design a precise and thorough action plan for the process.

· Deliver for both producing and releasing the remedy by bringing the proposal into effect.

· Debrief and promote ownership by determining the method of problem solving.

Information Fluency

Information Fluency is the capacity to view information in all ways and formats unconsciously and intuitively in order to retrieve the important information, authenticate it, and perceive its context and significance. Information fluency has 5 A's:

To get good answers, ask good questions.

Access and procure raw materials from compatible digital content sources, most of which are of a graphic and audio-visual kind today.

Analyse and authenticate these materials and discern between good and evil, truth and belief, and organise them. To transform the raw data into functional information, consider bias and decide what is missing.

Apply the experience to work in motion inside a real-life topic or simulation using vision.

Assess both the brand and the method, which is both a mentor and a pupil practice.

Creativity Fluency

Creative Fluency is the mechanism through which creative competence, through architecture, sculpture, and storytelling, adds significance. It is about using artistic architecture, by its shape, to add meaning to the feature of a product. There are 5 Is to Creativity fluency:

Identify the result and conditions desired.

Inspire with rich sensory details, encourage your imagination.

Interpolate by looking for trends within the inspiration that correspond with your ideal result and parameters from Define, connect the dots.

Imagine the fusion of Motivate and Interpolate, joined in the birth of an idea.

Inspect the definition against the original conditions and for viability.

Media Fluency

Media Fluency consists of two elements. Second, the ability to assess any correspondence analytically to understand the actual meaning and determine the usefulness of the medium selected. Secondly, by aligning the message and viewer with the most effective and productive means, to produce original communications.

· By extracting the media from the content, listening carefully and translating the correspondence, verbalising the message concisely and distinctly and checking its validity, and then objectively examining the medium for type, rhythm, and compatibility with the target audience and intent.

· Provided your material or message and what the desired effect is, exploit the most suitable media for your message. Then remember the crowd, the skills, and any requirements that are pre-determined. The implementation of the other fluencies is used from here to create and publish your post.

Collaboration Fluency

Collaboration Fluency is a team working capability that has reached the unconscious potential to interact in an online world with simulated and actual collaborators to solve challenges and produce original goods. The 5 Es of Collaboration fluency are:

· Establish the collective and decide the best position for each team member by defining the personal abilities and skills of each team member, setting expectations, and signing a community document that reflects both a collective working relationship and the recognition of each team member's individual roles and responsibility.

· Envision the result as a collective, discussing the issue, challenge, and goal.

· Engineer, in order to accomplish the target and a workable strategy.

· Execute by bringing into motion the strategy and handling the operation.

· Examine for areas of constructive change, analyse the mechanism and the end product.

Conclusion

The five fluencies which are Solution Fluency, Information Fluency, Creative Fluency, Media Fluency, Collaboration Fluency. Once you have good understanding of these fluencies, learning and succeeding in the real world becomes a lot easier and you are able to understand things more, while using what you have to make a greater difference. Each fluency helps in different ways accomplish, create, solve things that you may have thought you couldn't have.
